What are some typical ways to socialize, either with local people or with other expatriates? Are there groups or clubs that you can recommend?
Local expat get togethers (barbeques, parties, beach days, etc.) There was a scuba diving club that brought expats together weekly (almost no Samoans can swim-the ones whole can tend to be fishermen/poachers so they obviously don't scuba dive). There are no clubs. - Feb 2018
