How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
Forget it. Only mail that is reliable is registered return receipt requested. FedEx is outrageous and also not reliable. Packages often tied up in customs - you have to pay exorbitant fees to get your goods delivered. - Aug 2017
