Are credit cards widely accepted and safe to use locally? Are ATMs common and do you recommend using them? Are they safe to use?
Would not use them as too much corruption and fraud is a real possibility. But you can if you're sure you can trust the vendor. Keep complete records of any transactions, especially internet transactions. - Aug 2017
