What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?
Environmental allergies here are unpredictable and strange. For food allergies, have a low bar of trust. I don't have any, but I have asked for dishes to be made vegetarian or to omit cheese from time to time with mixed success. Dairy can be hard to avoid. - Oct 2022
