What types of jobs do most expatriate spouses/partners have? Locally based or telecommuting? Full-time or part-time? Can you comment on local salary scales?

Most Embassy EFM jobs require a 4/4 in Spanish, which makes it difficult for non-native Spanish speakers to get jobs here. Some spouses have gotten local jobs at the international schools and with private companies. - Apr 2014
