Yes, Melbourne is Australia's "fashion capital." Many Australian clothing designers have boutiques here. You can also find some Aboriginal art. Clothing and shoes tend to be expensive but if you are looking for deals you can find them at Target, Kmart and Big W (think children's clothing and shoes). - Jul 2017
