What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
There's actually a very large expat community here, due to the two large employers. However, they are very disparate and unorganized. Once you find them, it can take some time to 'get connected', but when you do, you'll be happily connected. - Sep 2014
