What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?
I think it is difficult for people with allergies here. If you have a dairy allergy they have almond milk at high prices. Soy milk is cheaper. People here don't eat much cheese so a lot of dishes don't have dairy products. Coconut cream is cheap so you could cook with coconut cream - Nov 2021
