What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
Great morale and ... small enough to really get to know people and develop lifelong friends. After the big cities of Beijing and Guangzhou, this expat community seems more like a down-home group, which was nice in many ways. - Aug 2014
