What is the availability and cost of household help, and what types of help are typically employed by expatriates?
Good and getting more expensive by the day. Long gone are the years of cheap household help in China, I'm sorry to say. The amazing thing, too, is the fact that more and more, housekeepers speak and read English and communicate by email and text. - Aug 2014
