Knowing what you know now, would you still move to this city?
I would give it some thought. It's great to live in a place with reliable electricity, clean water, and such amazing opportunities for getting outside. But the closed social community and the small size of the expat community make things difficult. Probably for one contract it's fine. - Aug 2013
