Quality pet care available (vets & kennels)?
There is an expat vet and another coming. Local vets are little better than witch doctors. I saw a local vet do a c-section on a dog with no pain medication during/after surgery, but a heavy local sedative that probably killed one of the puppies. Never heard of kennels. - Jul 2010
