What accommodations do schools make for special-needs kids?

There are no accommodations in local Mongolian schools for special-needs kids. In fact, kids with special-needs are frowned upon and cast into the shadows by Mongolians. I don't know if ISU provides accommodations for special-needs kids or not. - Feb 2011
