What is your housing like? What are typical housing sizes, locations, and commute times for expatriates?
We are a two-officer post. One person is in the Consulate General Residence, and the other person finds their own housing. The CGR has 5 bedrooms, three living rooms, a dining room and 5 bathrooms. Plenty of grocery stores. International foods are best found in smaller non-franchised shops. - Sep 2020
For the U.S. Consulate, the Consul General has a nice, large dedicated house in a leafy neighborhood of the city within ten minutes of the office. All others are on LQA, so you can find whatever housing suits your needs. - May 2018
