Seasonal allergies can be very bad, especially in the spring. The pollen is visible and there are tons of flowering trees and bushes. Serbians generally do not understand food allergies, and may not take them seriously, but if you ask a restaurant what is in their food, they can tell you every ingredient because they use less pre-packaged and processed foods in good restaurants.
